1 Deconstruction, Reconstruction – Ayse Birsel has spent her career exploring how design can transform products into joyful, loving, and powerful experiences. She’ll share how she used design to deconstruct her own life and reconstruct it into something new. Her book and workshops on how to “Design the Life You Love” are meditations, explorations and hands-on co-creative activities that help people and organization re-invent themselves around meaning and purpose.
2 Uncommon Allies – Kaye Foster has been a C-suite executive at Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson, an advisor and board member for numerous organizations and a social change activist & philanthropist focused on equity & inclusion as a super power for communities and society. Ayse and Kaye will explore ways Kaye has connected and fostered uncommon allies to create real change during this global pandemic and ways we could each drive more meaning and justice in our words and deeds.
